I had a disappointing experience with Scott-Mongrieff while working with Lindsay on preparing a personal will and power of attorney. After submitting all the required information, I did not receive any updates for three weeks. I followed up with a phone call and was told I would be contacted regarding a completion timeline. Unfortunately, a week passed with no response, prompting me to call again. During that second call, the receptionist informed me that the lack of communication and extended wait times were standard. I found this response dismissive and the overall service unsatisfactory, so I chose not to proceed further.
