I've never written a review before. I am not on social media, I've never had a speeding ticket and I pay my taxes. To put into context I was born in the 60's. But this is not a restaurant review or a bad landlord complaint....This firm can affect peoples lives .

1 bad review = disgruntled client
2 bad reviews = Hmmmm
But 3 + bad reviews is a pattern.

My introduction was a friendly, attentive front line employee.
Perhaps that was the set up.
And it must be noted before I continue, my potential defendant admitted 100% guilt on all issues. I forwarded documentation and discussed in detail my issue.

I was never offered a phone consult or in person meet up. Once the lawyer reviewed my claim I received my "free" email that essentially made me feel guilty right off the bat (another set up?). He did not have the facts correct...and for sure did not have any of the complicated time line details. All of this would have come out in a face to face or phone to phone.

And the rest of the body of my "free" email indicated that it would be expensive and that a $10,000 retainer would be required. So the set up was brilliant. I should expect to be billed big time. And remember, my potential defendant admitted guilt across the board. So why should I expect it to be expensive? Well, because they set it up that way..you might be guilty so it will be difficult and expensive....money, money, money was all that was discussed. I was asked NO questions about my case..none!

So if you proceed with this firm, and you receive an email - not an in person- and all that is talked about is how expensive it will likely be. And that maybe you are guilty.......
I will quote one of my favourite comedy troupes..."Run Away, Run Away!!"

To all the clients who are planning to use this firm, my experience with them was disastrous , I lost $3,000 after working for 18 hours to one of their clients. Please refrain from using their services , I tried calling them everyday and no one responded to my calls or voice calls, I emailed them more than 10-12 times no one responded , one of the worst and most unreliable company’s . I would also like to name the people who I tried to get in touch and never responded , Mike Stanton, Jennifer Vrancic, Jenna Lea & Munish Bhatia. Please read, if they never helped me with my small problem they are never going to help with any further bigger problems . Worst, most untrustworthy, disastrous , unprofessional company I have come across . Shame on your professionalism !

I don’t hold it against my brother for recommending them through his legal connections, but I do hold it against the firm that unsuccessfully tried with my divorce and shared parenting case.

Not only did we never meet in person to discuss anything, but it got to a point where I felt like my case was annoying her. My lawyer sat on her hands for so long that I ended up having to retain different counsel to clean up the mess that was left. My current lawyer has pointed out the crucial flaws she had made in my case as a result of clearly misunderstanding family law, which has made his job of picking up the pieces more difficult and costly. I do not recommend this firm if a case falls under family law.

We went to these not sure how to call them! We were told that for sure we have a case and we should go with it. Everything they said ( Gary Kuzyk ), they lied. They lured as in process which lasted years, we paid over $40K and at the end had to close case without penny of compensation. The most interesting moment was when we were supposed to have mediation, and our Lawyer Gary comes and tells us that there might be breakthrough where accused was agreeing to pay compensation but at the end nothing. At that moment we had the feeling that our Lawyer was working for the other side because suddenly our Lawyer lost interest. I pray to God these and similar Lawyers root in Hell one day. You can escape this world punishment, but you will meet Maker.

I have had the opportunity to work with Konstantine on a number of files, across commercial matters, franchising, real estate, and litigation. I can't speak towards my lawyer's representation with regards to other cases but the "counsel" to whom I was referred claimed that he had past experience with family type litigation but I believe that I was his first client for litigation of this nature. My matter could have been dealt with on our first hearing appearance as the judge suggested that he could deal with the matter then. The opposing counsel of course did not want this to happen so she declined the judge's suggestion. My counsel sat doodling on his notepad, making NO response to the judge. The judge watched me as I tried to get my lawyer's attention but he was in his own little world, not vn looking up from his page, so the matter was put over and went on for over a year after.

He advised me that I had no choice but to accept the opposition's accounting even though I repeatedly told him that I did not agree with them. Amongst several other issues, after getting a substantial amount of my money, he proceeds to advise me to seek another lawyer who had expertise in my type of litigation...the litigation in which he claimed to have had much experience. He then proceeded to provide me with the contact information of three(3) OTHER law firms who could assist me! When I called him angry about his advise and pointed out how he bilked me out of alot of money, he tried to change his tune.

Although I had to try to locate documents from over 7 years ago, which in itself was a task, he catered to the other counsel's every whim. I truly believe that he was intimidated by her. He kept asking me for the same documents after I have provided them previously. I pleaded that he work for me, when I expressed to him my concerns but that didn't help. I think he was in over his head and did not want to show a possible loss on his file so he wanted to pass it off.

Of course I took his advice and sought new counsel, which cost me a ton more money, but I wasn't going to keep a lawyer wasn't confident in himself or who wouldn't give me contradictory information. I needed someone who knew what they were doing, and more importantly, who would actually fight his case with at least a little vigor.

I have never experienced anything like it before and I hope that I never experience anything like it again. It was a VERY costly lesson to learn and one for which I am still paying!!

They have been an amazing help. Even with an extremely short time line they accepted me as there client. The firm definitely works hard to get the job done and done right. The team of individuals working on my case are very helpful understanding as well as patent and definitely have the team that work together to give you support and security knowing there crossing all the t's and dotting the i's.
