Can't properly rate them as I never met them. I contacted them through their website, never got a response. Called, booked a meeting for Monday. Got a call on Monday saying the owner was sick, rescheduled to Wednesday, went to office on Wednesday. They have a sign on the door to call and they will let you in, I called but the owner was still not available. So rescheduled for Thursday. I get there 5 minutes early, I call to be let in, the owner is still not there, but "he will be in 15 minutes". I said my meeting was at 3:30. Then she says he will be here in 5 - 10 minutes.I ask if I can come in and wait, I swear she said yes (but she talks so quietly and with an accent she's difficult to understand). I go to the door, no one opens the door. I go back to my vehicle and wait. 3:45 and nothing. No one comes out to find me, no call. So I leave. At 3:55 I get a call asking where am i? I guess I was just supposed to stand on the sidewalk and wait.

Rohit was recommended to our company when we opened and we used him for our tax and accounting services until we sold our business a few years ago. There were ups and downs in the service levels we received, but we got buy. In the last couple of years a personal audit was requested by CRA and the poor work done by Rohit in submitting reports on time and not properly, lead to extreme stress and disappointment. To the point I had to go to his office pick up all my documentation and get someone else to correct all Rohit's poor work and resubmit, which I am thankful CRA allowed me to do.

This is definetly my go-to business for consultation on accountig/tax related matters. Rohit and his team are very knowledgeable and capable of completing a high standard of work on both large and small tasks. I also felt the price for level of service was appropriate. That all being said, the single most important reason that I do business here is transparency. I have always felt that I am a valued customer and that I am being given accurate information.
