An initial phone call to gather information, review of draft email documents and the in office witness/signing was very convient. I tried to book an in person appointment with a lawyer in my area (lower mainland) but it was difficult to get an appointment. Then I found Sage Law and they were able to help me virtually. I booked my virtual intake appointment using the form on their site, sent some follow up information, and then had the virtual signing. At one point I had a question so I phoned their office and someone was able to help me right away. All of my other questions were answered in my intake appointment. I have already recommended them to others because I found this to be a very accessible service.
