Went for a few sessions and multiple times they canceled last minute (Same day) due to staff being sick and can never get through to the receptionist to book another appointment that will probably be canceled again. Not great service but the therapist is pretty good when I actually get to see them…

I have absolutely loved the counselling provided here. Whether I am working through mental health struggles, usual life challenges, or just looking to reach a new level of self awareness and actualization, my counsellor has helped me significantly. My counsellor definitely meets me where I’m at and finds strategies that work for me. It always feels like he is harnessing my strengths and tailoring suggestions to my personality and schedule. He doesn’t suggest things that add to my mental load or are unrealistic. He is genuine and built a connection without being unprofessional and is very approachable. I find it fairly easy to schedule appointments and love that I have options for in person, phone, or video counselling.

This has always been my first stop for counselling. I first came here about 5 years ago. I returned a year and a half ago. 2 out of the 3 counselors I've had have been great. The front desk has always been caring and pleasant to speak with. And very understanding when you call. They have always accommodated me and any issues I've had.

Got a counselor who listened to us for an hour then admitted he was not a relationship counselor (). Said we'd be contacted within a week for our next appointment. Fast forward 3 weeks, 2 failed follow ups from our side and promises of getting a call back from Sage we managed to get another counselor. Not bad but she took a side almost immediately which of course wasn't very professional. Oh and mind the Soviet Union decor.... Gave me chills.

I was able to get in and see a counsellor very quickly. Receptionist has always been friendly and helpful. Waiting area is a bit awkward in the Covid era. I can't really rate my counselor as you'll likely have a different one anyway. But my counselor was very open with me that if I felt they weren't a good fit than I could change.
