I really don't know how this firm has so many good reviews. First of all their offer to reimburse the consultation fee if you retain them within 24hrs is false. I found on my invoices I was being double billed by them for several items as well as when I discovered errors in their documents they had charged me to fix their own mistakes. To compound all this I was told certain crucial 'facts' by my lawyer Adam Higgins early on that I was later notified were untrue. When I confronted them about these issues they acted like juveniles and stopped representing me all together. They left me hanging by a rope to find other representation in the middle of my proceedings. Russell Alexander, who I attempted to no avail to contact about my concerns, and his team are completely unprofessional and without any moral fortitude. I highly DO NOT recommend them.
