Ashley and Tyler did a good job showing our place and getting a solid market value for our property. However, once the sale was complete, we had a couple of instances where their communication lapsed. This was challenging as, in one particular case, it could have alleviated much stress.
In addition, they were unwilling to share the cost of an electricity bill for which they were responsible. We were disappointed by this lack of good will.

We purchased our new home Phase I. Sis and myself were on our way to Penticton and made a stop in Princeton to view this new unit being 1 of 6. Both of us said yes 👏. We encountered a problem when we had a closing date not matching our move. However, Tyler Willis went above and beyond putting us and our cat Tobias 🐈 in a cabin owned by his parents for almost 3 weeks. I recommend Tyler Willis and Royal LePage.
