I could not recommend James and his team more! Five stars and a couple of comments on the internet does not even begin to reflect how grateful I am to James, Jackie, and the entire team at Rogerson Law Group.

I am a man who was completely oblivious to the rights I had as a GOOD father. My relationship failed and I was beginning to mentally prepare for the fact that was going to lose the best thing in the world that has ever happened to me. My beautiful daughter! James Bennett is an unbelievably intelligent Lawyer and he ensured that I received exactly what I requested, fought hard behind the scenes and helped me understand the details and minute points of my case - plus the points/topics I didn’t even know I needed to have in place. He made recommendations and explained the reasons why it would be ideal to have these recommendations in place. I could not recommend a better place for your legal needs. On top of this, I was a legal aide client and they fought for me and treated me with the exact same respect they would a fully paying client. James Bennett continues to provide the best legal advice and representation for any Family Law matter. James helped me obtain a Final Order for shared parenting plan and joint custody of my child three years ago, and has played a vital role in keeping it now, despite all efforts from OP trying to change the Final Order. Despite highly dramatic and bully-tactic material from the OP, James was able to see through it all and advise what was important to respond to and what wasn't. James is a wise and tactful lawyer who knows the Family Law rules, has lots of experience with what judges do and don't like to see, and fights for what's best for his clients. My case was settled before having to go to court, entirely on my terms and language. James is intentional about ensuring descriptive detail is included in offers to settle and orders to protect his clients.

James will be completely honest and reasonable with you and will treat your family law matter with upmost importance and sensitivity. I highly recommend James as counsel for any Family Law matter, as he will provide you honest advice in a timely and efficient manner.

A couple of years ago we gave 350.00 for a consultation. This lawyer was extremely hard to get ahold of and his secretary, I had to chase her for answers that I never got. When after the consultation and hours of me doing paperwork that they requested they would reply to emails and just dropped us with no clue as to where we stood. Very u reliable, just I stressed in the consults or $$$ not actually helping in a matter. Mr. Roberson was very disappointing!

After a year from our initial contact with Mr. Rogerson and his agreement to take our small case of getting an ancillary probate through, we have found out our original paperwork is still sitting on someone’s desk. We have found this firm to be uncommunicative, unresponsive, and frustrating,. We’ve been handed off to different staff and asked to do things multiple times with the case still just sitting. Very disappointed but too far in now to find another lawyer.
