After 1hour 15 minutes I was still waiting on the line to talk to a customer representative. It felt impossible to cancel the services provided by Rogers. When asking to cancel, all of a sudden Rogers could offer a rate at 50% the price I've paid for more than 2 years. The initial service they recommended was way above the needs we discussed with a sales representative. I would not recommend using Rogers services.

Fahad from the Rogers store in Canmore is truly the best salesperson I have ever encountered. Initially, we were hesitant to visit the store due to a terrible experience we had with Rogers in January. We went in to inquire about billing issues, already feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Fahad greeted us warmly and immediately apologized for our past negative experience. He assured us that he would do everything possible to help and took the time to thoroughly explain our billing concerns. He even contacted customer service on our behalf to resolve the issue.

What truly stood out was his patience, honesty, and attention to detail. Despite my initial hesitation, Fahad introduced an "add-a-line" offer for my daughter and reassured me with clear, transparent information. His genuine care and professionalism convinced me to proceed with purchasing a new phone.

To my surprise, Fahad followed up three days later to ensure the phone was working well and encouraged us to reach out to him directly if we had any questions or concerns. This level of service was remarkable.

I will absolutely recommend Fahad to my family and friends for any phone-related needs. His loyalty, trustworthiness, and exceptional customer service deserve a 10/10 rating.

I recommend stopping by the Canmore store, they provide great service at store. Store Manager Prasana she help me with all the requirements and provided great service ever any one can have. She deactivated my inactive account too
