Susan came recommended to me by victim services... I should not and would not have wanted to be in the situation I was, I needed legal advice and guidance through the legal system. Two weeks after hiring her and discussing my case, her mother died and she ghosted me and her other clients. After her apology and return to work she spent 20 minutes talking about my case and another 45 talking about her mother and life and charged me for her chats... In court she was confused and did nothing to properly defend my case. The opposition did not have to do anything or even prepare for our appointments with the judge, Susan helped them by being completely cold, unprepared and unwilling to represent me the way she implied she could. Near the end of our working relationship I believed she was saying things she wasn't doing and financially deceiving me, so I recorded our meetings so I could remember accordingly and when she did changed, I mentioned it and she dramatically quit and told the court it was over a financial disagreement. She purposely attempted to hurt my case and make me look bad, by forwarding false statements and a drama fueled desolvment of our agreement 2 days before my next court appearance. (After reading other comments I see she does this often) Nothing about this firm is professional or at the standards of the price this lawyer expects for subpar work. I was not content and had no confidence with her as my lawyer and made a terrible mistake employing her.

Paid an arm and a leg just for her to withdraw as my attorney on the day of court because she did not want to listen to how I wanted to proceed with the case, which was a family matter I wanted to resolve cooperatively with the ex. She also subsequently refused to represent me in a case where my children were actually in physical danger, which is absolutely her right, but goes to show she only cares only about the money.
