I believe her name was Deanna? While reading out the list detailing that everything was supposed to be in good working order, she paused and read it out again with a very disbelieving tone. It felt quite accusatory and left me feeling upset after dealing with an otherwise wonderful team of professionals.

My experience with this firm is regarding Jeff Shypit and his team, but most notably his paralegal Nicole Olson who was our main contact. Her communication was on point, and no question went unanswered for very long. As first time home buyers we were anxious to know the total legal fee's and other expenses. They provided us with a breakdown of expected fees and costs almost two months before closing which was almost exactly the same as the final invoice and very reasonable in terms of their fee structure. Very professional firm but with a calm and relaxed office environment that made us feel like we belong! I will 100% use this team again for future real estate transactions!
