I used Roberts & Obradovic to make some waivers for my grooming business. As someone with little to no legal knowledge, I really appreciated their approach. They were very responsive to questions and helpful in explaining legal issues to me in an easy to understand way. They were great at tailoring the documents to my specific needs. Liz and Daniejela, has helped me a lot during the negotiation process of my commercial lease. Being a small business owner, leasing from an institutional landlord could be a bit intimidating as your dealing with big shot corporate lawyers. Roberts & Obradovic had my back the whole process and brought a lot of issues in the contract to my attention and helped negotiate a deal that is fair for both parties.
