From the first encounter, Tim was professional and efficient at getting both our business and personal taxes organized and in good order. He answered all our questions, and quickly responds to email. The correspondence with Amy was phenomenal, from setup to completion. Her timely response time to inquiries was greatly appreciated as well.

I have been looking for a good accountant for a while. I have a medical corporation and I needed one that is familiar with corporate taxation and at the same time honest and easily accessible when i have some questions.

I have been with other accountant before, some of them are not through enough and do not explain clearly when asked questions. Some are good, but can not be reached easily and take any opportunity to charge extra at a crucial time like just before taxation even for simple questions.

I found Tim to be very honest, easily reachable, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The pandemic added layer of communication barrier to every one, but he made it easy to communicate with through phone and e- email. Both my wife and I , like him a lot.

I look forward to seeing him in person, but for now I am very glad to have him do my personal and business accounting.

I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for both personal and business accounting.

Tim has been my accountant Since 2014 - I was new to the Incorporated world and from the first call he took the time to answer my questions and gave me confidence in his knowledge and professionalism. I also find he is very Tech Savvy - I've recently moved about an hour from Markham and completed my taxes fully online - he has set up infrastructure to make that easy for me to upload what he needs and visa versa - as we all know...time is money and the convenience he has provided is very valuable and literally translates into $. I have used Tim for my 2017 personal and corporate taxes, along with bookkeeping, and have paid in full.

It has come to my attention at the end of March 2018 that my corporate taxes were never filed.

After numerous attempts trying to contact Tim for 7 weeks(email and phone - left voicemails). I have never received a call back.

I have found Tim through Google, it is only appropriate to share my experience with him. I called 24 hours ago and gave him one more chance to reach back to me.

I now had to have another accounting firm redo my 2017 taxes to properly file my corporate return, and give me up to date business financials. An extra $1500+ cost....
