I am really happy with my therapist at Restored Wellness and I always look forward to my appointments. It can take a few tries to find the right person but it is worth the wait and the website has really great bios on all the therapists to help you find the right one for you. It took me 3 tries to find the right one for me but once I did they helped me through the hardest year of my life & I am so grateful for that. They offer direct billing to certain insurance companies and their booking system is really easy to use.

My personal counsellor, Lisa was excellent and our marriage counsellor, Steph charges us $220 for our first missed appointment when my husband and I weee apart work and struggling to login virtually.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate the work that Restored Wellness does. After a long search for attainable counselling and therapy, I am so glad I found them. Being a low income individual, I greatly appreciated the sliding scale option they provide.
I have had nothing but good service with them and I hope they continue to provide great services for people who are looking for help.
Location has great esthetic, clean, calm, and safe.

Don't answer their phones when the website says they are open and close at 9. Don't do as they say with benefits. Will not contact you in a timely fashion or manner.
They quoted us $220 a session then charged $187. To be told yet again counciling is $220/per person. Not organized at all!
I would recommend finding a different place to go for counciling.

Had been in contact with a psychologist from here a few years ago, after two sessions they dropped me as a patient. Totally destroyed my confidence and took me two years to build myself back up to go to a different Psychologist.

Had a bad experience with them ,not coordinated with appointment ,missed a few appointments and non organized ,canceled the final session and the report was not reflective of reality ,do not recommend.
