In needing help to fight an LTD termination from my work benefits insurance company as well as CPP Disability both of which were denying me despite an ongoing disability I had looked into a few different law firms but chose Resolute Legal.

After being denied disability twice, I decided to obtain legal counsel to help me with my last appeal process. The intake process was simple and I was contacted within 24 hours, I explained my situation and then Duncan and Amy took my case.

Among the many reasons for applying for disability severe anxiety is one of them. I must have emailed poor Amy so many times over the duration of my time with them. They were always prompt and understanding with their responses.

During the pre-hearing appointment Duncan was very clear on what we would be discussing during the hearing. He was very empathetic to my anxiety and stress over having to speak as I also suffer from severe agoraphobia. He was very reassuring that I would do great. He prepared me for all scenarios.
