I used the services of Regina Accounting Service for about five (5) years. The first three (3) were great (Brigitte was amazing to work with)! Then in 2023, I took my 2022 tax information in to the office in February as I wanted to know if I owed money or if I was getting a refund. I didn't get a calculation completed from the office until the end of May! This year, I reached out to see if they could do my taxes, I was told yes on a Tuesday. Then, I take them in to the office on the scheduled day (Friday) only to find I find out Dom doesn't have time and they won't do them, so I was left scrambling to find someone. On top of that, I received a call from CRA two weeks ago inquiring into my GST payment from 2022. Even though Regina Accounting Service set up my GST #, GST was not filed for 2022!!! I now owe GST and penalties. Customer service, due diligence, communication, and proper accounting is not a strength of this team as of late. I highly recommend going elsewhere!

He does this with so much patience and will answer any questions you have. He’s always been there when we have questions, happily answering any questions, figuring out complex grants, guiding us through so much, regardless of simplicity or complexity. Poor service, poor communication. Dominic wasted my time and couldn’t even send an email to get back to me after several attempts to contact him over ~7 weeks about the documents I gave him. I had the same experience with him last year but thought it was a one time thing. I was wrong.

Save yourself a lot of frustration and go with someone else who will show you basic respect.

Dom and his team are extremely helpful, professional and generous. I run a small non-profit organization and this organization has been helping us with changes to the way we do our day to day accounting. On top of that, the owner Dom, volunteered his time to come help us with one of our fundraisers. Do yourself a favour and give them a call!

We have had the most terrible experience working with Regina Accounting Service. There is a complete lack of communication, our tax documents (containing our SIN numbers) were sent to the wrong email address (to someone we don't know), we have been addressed by the wrong name, our taxes were filed incorrectly and we owe money instead of receiving money (they applied a credit wrong). Just a complete disaster of an experience. Would never recommend to anyone.
