Last week I went to get my taxes signed, and I must say the experience wasn't pleasant. First, the person who greeted us didn't even introduce herself; she just gave us our names and then said, "Here are your taxes for you to sign." She didn't take into account that we wanted to review them first. When we told her we wanted to review them first and then sign, she was very rude. If it weren't for the other person who was outside, it would have been a very uncomfortable situation. I hope the lady is more kind and understanding in the future, even more so given that we are paying for a service.

Very rude and uncluttered people there! Why hound me or my wife for a service I have not contracted you to do and one you have not even done? Is that how you treat potential customers? I will make sure I tell all my close friends and family to stay away from here, such rudeness!
