I employed Rosanna a couple of years ago in what I hoped would be a reasonable separation process. Unfortunately my ex and her lawyer were hostile and adversarial from the get go and would not compromise on any issue. Rosanna encouraged me to leave my matrimonial home which severely damaged my legal position and cost me 6 months away from my kids. Yet the whole time, behind her sweet and kind voice, she would threaten how much worse going to court would be. After 40,000 in mediation fees alone, I filed court documents which was the best decision I could have made. In hindsight, Rosanna was obligated to let me know that the other side would not be willing to negotiate so I should file court documents.
