Always got fast email responses from Mark. We were first-time home buyers and had plenty of questions. The team does a good job of processing everything by email. We had a long time until closing, so it would've been helpful if all of the approximate dates for key activities and deadlines were laid out for us early with some email reminders showing progress. Would've also liked it if the emails sent with tasks to complete were more personalized to our situation. For example, two emails and the commissioner for oaths stated we had to set up an new tax account with the city ourselves, but the City of Vaughan said our lawyer would submit the form for us. Another example is the final fees statement being sent in a confusing ledger format instead of an an itemized invoice explaining the charges and credits.
