Update after the move: I had agreed to pay a $200 that garunteed my mortgage and closing date to be done on the same day however, this was not done. I fact Nanad took no responsibility and blamed everyone not involved like the town not getting a bill to him that he needed. Why was this info not gathered before hand? I told him I had a dog and old kitty hot in the car and we needed to get into the new house after traveling 3 hours. He laughed after telling him my kitty didn't look good. I got very angry with him and disconnected the call. Had to go to a family member's house and ask to bring our pets in. All he could say was he couldn't tell me where the keys were or the code for the lock box until he was paid. That was all he cared about. I refused to pay the $200 fee and will never use them again.
