PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

If you are considering legal representation, I strongly recommend exercising caution. During a recent court proceeding, Ms. Somaya Rasouli was corrected by the presiding judge on the proper way to examine a witness. The proceeding had to be adjourned, and I was required to leave the courtroom as a result of her mishandling of the process.
I was directly subjected to her lack of courtroom preparation and professionalism. Fortunately, I was not the party responsible for paying her fees.
While you may encounter positive reviews online, it is important to note that many appear to be written by acquaintances, staff, or under unverifiable names. It is difficult to imagine a client with genuine courtroom experience providing such glowing feedback given her limited experience and lack of courtroom etiquette.
In my view, prospective clients should carefully verify the authenticity of reviews before relying on them. All statements here are based on verifiable events and observations.

When I'm looking for a lawyer. I try to find one that cares, has experience, wont back down and will fight fiercely tooth and nail for me. Defending me with all their knowledge and know how.
