Amazing staff and a fantastic selection. I’ve found treasures from new clothes and tech to comics, books, and fun collectibles. You just never know what will come up for auction. The R&T team makes everything smooth and welcoming and I always leave with a great find and a great deal. 5 stars!

2 starts is very generous considering the amount of money my husband and I spend on items listed for auction . When you bid on an item and win said item and go to pick up your items and every single week between 1 and 4 items are mysteriously gone you start to think this is a joke of a business. The accountability isn't even there anymore. When It first happened there was accountability but then I noticed a pattern forming and I told my husband you need to write a review. Here are 2 instances to give you an idea most recently we went to pick up in niagara falls when he got home he found a buhbli organics essential oil jar in a bin with a load of other items we won and when he got home 1.5 hour drive not including the other stops made along the journey, it was opened in the box and leaked all over the fabric seat of a Dodge Journey he just won at auction for his mom weeks earlier. That oil stain won't come out . When he complained about this there was a email response back saying " loading your oil bottles and making sure they were in bags would not be our responsibility. We do empathise, I have definitely bought stuff myself at a grocery store just to find it leaking in my back pack as I did not ensure it was wrapped correctly. That's the response Tracey Dixon wrote. The week before that he got home to find all of his Alphalete clothing was not in amongst his winning items. The week before that was a cooking utensil and awesome long electric fry pan ....we got it now but they said they lost it at first. There are so many things I would like to let the public know. Basis of the story is when you are preparing to go pick up your items be sure to have your list either in your phone or print out a sheet with your items and do a checklist before you leave. We have been refunded probably 80 in cash but the value of the items if we bought in store is about 400 so it's a big deal. Another thing is we live 1.5 hours from the falls so when we go to get our stuff and have to drive home so upset it's not an easy carefree enjoyable thing to do anymore. Be careful . We will still buy stuff because my husband really has fun doing what he does I just want everyone to know what to watch for.

Love this auction house, in customer service retail for 30years myself and these amazing people know how to make you feel good and their finds/ auctions are amazing!! One of my 1st Auctions I tried and nothing compares to them in Service and Finds!! Highly Recommend!!

Robyn, Dan and crew are always friendly and professional. I follow the site regularly and have found many treasures in the auctions. One time when I picked up, an item was not how it was described in the write up ( a light was described as outdoor and was actually labelled indoor) and they accepted the return and credited my account immediately.

I have been a participant of the auction for several years now and have always been satisfied with my items. I must note They make an effort to honestly describe each item. On the absolute rare occasion if an item did not meet my expectations, the team went above and beyond to make amends. They are super friendly, easy to work with, efficient and really make it easy!

Best group of people and so glad this business has gained so much traction. They often have such a wide variety of items up for auction there is likely something for everyone. They are quick to reply and/or send out invoices with multiple dates and times for pick ups! They have really made the auctioning process so easy for a bidder! Way to go Robin, Tracy and the whole gang! Highly recommend.
