Had a gentleman come out to look at my house for installing new pipes through our entire house. Said I would get a quote back within 24 hours. I have tried to get ahold of someone, no one ever answers. It has been weeks, since hearing back from them with a quote. Glad they have helped some people but I see this isn’t the first time they don’t respond. If you don’t want to do the work at least let the people know

Not even a courtesy phone call let us know you couldn't make a scheduled appointment. A whole day wasted. Thank you.

We have had Purdon’s out twice for two different plumbing jobs since we moved here in September last year. They came within one day of our call each time and did a really great job both times. We would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. Darrell and Mary Karas , Chisholm Ont.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. When I needed to have my furnace replaced, I asked 4 companies for quotes. I even went to Purdon's office and spoke with two employees, and was shown an air to air heat pump set up that they were using. I was pretty excited. I was told I would get a call from the owner as soon as he was back from hunting. One week later no call. I contacted the office a second time, in case I had fallen through the cracks. So here I am, 5 weeks later with a new furnace installed by another company, and I never did receive a call back from Purdon's. I have owned businesses myself and I recognize that you may be overly busy at times. But too busy to make a phone call saying we can't help you? Just leave you hanging? This company lacks professionalism and if you use them for your needs, you may be risking disappointment down the road.

Awesome service, very friendly. The receptionist was very helpful.
They did a great job relocating our water systems and suspended the furnace. I would highly recommend!!

Installed furnace and AC with a few small hiccups. What sets Purdons apart from others is them dealing with it quickly and making sure that you are happy with the install. Doesn't get better than that.

Called left messages, no response. Went into the store spoke with the receptionist, still no response. Called back left another message and still have not gotten back to me.

Don’t even want to think about what would happen if they even did the job.
