When my father needed to sell his home in Mississauga I went online to find a lawyer to help us and I'm SOOO glad I came across Aena Poologarajah at Prudent Law. She was very friendly, patient, helpful and professional. I live in New York so initially we spoke over the phone with a free consultation and she answered all my questions thoroughly. She was also able to give me an estimate of what the legal fees would potentially cost for my Dad and in fact it ended up being less than what she quoted which was a welcome surprise. Prudent Law is definitely a Law Firm that I recommend. They are Professional, Knowledgeable and Care about their Client....this is not an "Assembly Line" Law Firm that is just trying to process as many Real Estate deals a possible without attention to detail. They really care.

Another positive example: When things were going sideways on one of my Real Estate Deals, they advised me on the best way to settle the issue with least cost for me, rather than fight it out where the Lawyers would win because of the legal fees to fight it, and ultimately I would cost me more money in the long run.
