Went there today to file a civil claim. This was my first time filing a claim. The staff went over my claim and noticed a small mistake that had to be corrected prior to filing and help me make the correction. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. Very positive experience. Shout out to Robyn!

If you don't know or don't want to know what clerical error is, then be very careful they get everything wrong and mess up information big time!!! I know a person that was fighting a traffic ticket, they asked when there up coming court date was, and they said they did not have one and that any tickets they had were paid... confused. The person thought they had paid the traffic ticket and therefore did not go to court and was served a conviction notice and is now facing a suspension of their drivers license.... one would almost think this could be considered tampering with a case in my personal opinion.

Wasted a day off work to present my traffic ticket case ...0 point . Peace officer, JP or crown (who glared at me the whole time/tried to get me to change my plea before trial and told the judge to find me guilty) They all just worked together (officer, JP & judge) It was very evident...they just crushed me like the ant I was to them. Save yourself the time and aggravating experience of a day wasted. Awful justice system we have.. radar gun/ no proof but their word on the accuracy of the shooting officer.

Peace officers, clerks, will talk about you and your case while you aren’t in the room. Will make comments about your lawyer. They are not very professional at all.

I just called to get more information on tickets that was received I Sherwood Park. I was very hesitant calling after reading all the google reviews, however, my experience was not like the rest. I talked with a really nice lady and she helped me with all the tickets, gave me the website and walked me through the process. I wish I didn't have to call and deal with this at all, but my overall call was very pleasant. Thank you!

Fun fact, they give you a court date so that you go so they can give you a court date. Waste of time and money to come fight anything, this is a broken system.

Yet to see any justice when a cop can give you a ticket for whatever and then you can't even fight it without navigating through this broken system.

I encourage everyone to utilize the privacy act to request their information from the system so that you can waste their time and money back. I also recommend using FOIP to harvest whatever information you can/want to also cost them money arbitrarily.

The lady who answered the phone was a bi!!h! She was NOT friendly or polite at all! I called to get a copy of my red light camera tix because I misplaced it. She asked me 6 times “why” I wanted it and kept saying i don’t need it. I asked is there someone who can send me a copy. She reluctantly gave me the phone number that may be able to give it to me, after telling me I can’t have it. She was unprofessional and mono tone. I was polite the whole 6 min conversation, using my p and q’s. She obviously does NOT like her job. There’s plenty of people who would take the job if given the chance. She needs to be in a position in a back room that doesn’t speak with the public. As a front line person to the public, she doesn’t give a good 1st impression. Not impressed

Came to talk to a prosecutor in this location, the employees were all very rude. I stood in line and when it was my turn I said to the lady in the desk how are you her response was what did u want done today. When I seen the prosecutor she didn’t even give me a chance to speak what had happened the day I got my ticket she just gave me an option to be given more time to pay or go plead not guilty. My experience here was very unpleasant. I hope in the future they put employees and prosecutors more sincere and friendly and at least smile
