⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Waste of Time and Money

I had a terrible experience with this H&R Block accountant. Not only did they fail to get the job done, but they also charged me a large amount of money for absolutely nothing in return. I trusted them with my tax filing, and all they did was waste my time and take my money without providing any real service or resolution.

There was no clear communication, no follow-up, and zero accountability. I had to go elsewhere to fix the mess they left behind. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected professionalism, and instead got carelessness and poor service.

I do NOT recommend this location or accountant to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing.
