The women I spoke to was very patient with me as I had a hard time getting my words out to describe the things I went through

I understand she’s probably a very busy lawyer and I respect that but it would be very hurtful if I poured my heart out over the phone in tears for no reason

Just a simple “I can’t take your case “ is okay I just worry that I opened up for no reason ….

Sheri Thompson emailed me back saying they can’t help. Esther Deck never contacted me at all. Ann M Camps raised her voice & Hung up on me. I was simply asking for some help.

Update: Mike Pretsell responded to me. He did not acknowledge the person who yelled & hung up on me. Which was unprofessional. He had a “typical apology response” for my experience, not on her behalf. When I emailed to ask to speak to her. He used words like I have a “bullying tone” in my emails. This is an attempt to deflect what happened. “err on the side on caution” with them. They will try & shut the conversation down. If they don’t like your truth, of them making any mistakes. They know & I know what really happened.

Absolutely terrible! I never thought I’d have to fight with a firm so much just to receive invoices for money that was spent. Plus Tanya Davies (the boss) was probably one of the worst people I’ve ever met. She insulted me in court to a point where I had to leave the situation to prevent further problems.

The financial department doesn’t respond to emails or phone messages. But they’re certainly quick charge your credit card. Before I fired them I was up to $10,000 for a very simple matter, I mentioned this to others, and other lawyers and they can’t believe that it cost what it did. I still don’t trust the financial department, and I’m still battling with them over charges.

Once I secured new council to continue my case they refused to reply to legal documents and emails requesting a transfer of files. There is no excuse for this, Davies is simply being petty and extremely unprofessional.

I was looking to retain a lawyer and had a consultation reference number. Needless to say the lawyer that called me was abrupt and rude.
Don't tell me I haven't done my research, that's why I'm calling for advice.
The call was supposed to be from K Davies but I ended up getting S Thompson, no empathy and treated me like I was wasting her time. Would it hurt you to say goodbye at the end of the call instead of slamming the phone in my ear. Would rather pay thousands to a professional lawyer, instead of someone that sounds heartless and treats you like you are a complete idiot.
