Great friendly and professionals. I was in impression that lawyers take fees just to hear you for a minute but my experience with Presse Law is opposite. Liana Presse gave me appointment, heard me and with no charges.
Due to this i am sold and Liana is our closing lawyer.

Worked with Liana Presse for our home closing.

I am a first time home buyer, Liana explained things well, was very patient and answered all of my many questions.
I say this because friends have told me about their experience with other law firms for similar real estate transactions that were not so pleasant.

I specifically recall an incident: The mortgage company had a requirement that was very specific and would have cost us hundreds of dollars in extra expenses. Liana investigated and found a creative solution that worked and we saved that expense.

I recommend going to Presse Law if you require legal services.
