Property dispute, my wife and I have been living in our home for over 7 years now with out any issues from our lovely neighbors! I’ll make this short to the point so that we can get to how great our lawyer support is. We were threatened to be charged by our new neighbor as they were not happy with how we trimmed our hedges and that we have invaded their privacy as the hedges were trimmed short, we were heart broken cause we have never ever been threatened by anyone in our neighborhood! Stressful situation didn’t know what to do so we contacted Preglar Law and Brian Preglar returned our phone call a day after and what a god sent as we have no idea of what to do or how to move forward. We were instructed to get a survey as both properties have no idea where our property lines are the survey comes back and the bully neighbor has been encroaching on our property from a very long time ago and I mean it was stolen from the previous owners. Karma is the best way to explain this Brian supported us through this ordeal back and forth emails, letters and at the end lets just say we got our property back. Yes the neighbours are upset but we were all the victims in this ordeal but the truth is our lawyers did their job and we got what is rightfully ours back. Might I add the property encroached on was not a few inch’s it was more like at least 1200sq and their sheds were on our property so you can imagine the ruckus it created in our lovely neighbourhood. Thank You Brian and the team for all your kind words of support and yes be kind everyone great things happen to good people. God bless you guys.

I have had the pleasure of working with Valerie and Associates over the past couple of years updating wills and more importantly financial planning. There was no issue too complex. In the event of an unordinary issue Valerie didn’t pretend to have all the answers and proceeded to source the right answers. Valerie seems to have a complete network of associates to call on when needed. I have recommended Valerie to other people who I know can use her help.
