Tiger and Miranda helped us with sale of our old house and purchase of new house. We had to get bridge financing. They were not able to close the transfer of all funds on a single day and ended up costing us 350 something more in interest. I don't know where it went wrong but they should have been able to close out everything in a day since they got the funds on time. Also, they told me very late at the end of the day that Bridge loan could not be paid and no one replied to my call or email after that. I spoke with Kim over the phone and she kept saying Nothing can be done about it. I did not have a good experience. They are not approachable and I felt like they did whatever they wanted once I signed contract with them.

We had the pleasure of working with Ryan & Miranda for the legal side of our house deal with Morrison homes. With it being a quick possession there were more than a few stressful days leading up to everything. Ryan’s office was professional, prompt and informative. With it being the first house purchase for my partner and I it was refreshing to work with someone who didn’t assume we knew all the ins and out of the process. Would highly recommend their office for their professionalism and candid yet friendly demeanor in handling most people’s largest purchase as such. 10/10

PMR is awesome - and a special shout out to Callista. It is phenomenal to deal with a law firm that believes in not only in what they do, but in supporting community as well.
