Wanted to share my experience as I saw the several recent 1 star reviews because of calls not being answered. Having moved recently, I went to this registry to update my adresses and the service was great. Only one agent when I went there, and that is probably why the phone is not answered, but she was very efficient and nice to deal with. The only thing about this registry is that you can't update your Alberta health info there, you have to go to Lethbridge, or do it by mail I think.

Never ever ever answers the phone. Better off driving the 30 minutes to Crowsnest Pass for the better service.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and informative. staff is always there to greet you with a smile, which is hard to find at a registry. I've seen some 1 star reviews complaining about not answering the phone. To that I say this, as a business owner if there's only one person working and 10 people waiting, customers are priority.

Useless. Tried to call but I kept getting disconnected. I go to Lethbridge instead. At least they answer their phone.
