Back in Nov 2021 I had a great 5 star experience with Anne-Marie in creating a will for my mother. When my mother passed in 2023 I got recommended to a different lawyer within the firm to help manage the complexities of the estate and communication was poor as a legal team. When I complained they responded and rectified it in a professional manner making the service better. They are knowledgeable and did get the job done but I would recommend, if you were to be a client, is to ask for updates AND if there are any issues. You have to be driving the communication and get the clarity you need especially if you are a new to working with a legal team as I was.
