I was represented by Mr. Kevin Westell in a criminal matter in 2024, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing considering the serious nature of the case and the fees involved.

There were significant communication issues throughout the representation. I experienced long periods—sometimes weeks—without responses to my emails, even during critical moments.
