I have searched a law firm in Oliver I called them as it says it is more then 10 years they were there. They book me an appointment for notarizing a document a week later then the date I called in. The day of the appointment we went to the address showed in the pics and there is not an office there. When we called they told us that they were in Penticton.
I have tried to explain the situation and the receptionist was giving repetitive short answers. I have asked to talk to a manager and after mentioning that she was about to leave the office (4:30pm) she was unwilling to help to listen and cut the conversation down to: “ I can only book another appointment based on availability “ which was a week later in the middle of the day. No attempt to repair to the fact that we had to book time off from work or that we were mislead from the address publicly published.
Now I understand why they have 2 star rating… I guess they try to make it worse!
