I began a professional association with Paul Smith 6+ years ago. His credentials as an estate specialist were well established. His intelligence was understated but clearly mired in years of experience.

I am please to say that quiet confidence has passed to his protege, Byron Basiga. Byron has proven again and again to be a trusted partner and easy to communicate with. He is always available and works diligently in answering questions.

I have had occassion to interact with many legal professionals and happily report that this law office does not purport to advise on matters that are not specific to their area of expertise; they know what they know and refer the rest to the parties that can provide the best answers should that be accountants, financial professionals (e.g., myself) or even other lawyers.

Finally, I am well aware of the fees being charged by other law firms and this group respects the value of a hard earned dollar. You will be charged a very fair price for an exceptional level of care.
