The doctors and dentists at this office are very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ve been a patient since Dr. McNally was working there and never had an issue with the front desk staff until he left. I recently went for an appointment and saw the receptionist sign for Dr. Tucker but nobody else. I arrived early and wasn’t familiar with their new setup. Despite this, none of the front desk staff approached me to ask if I needed help or if I was confused. It’s common sense to reach out to a customer if they never checked in soon as they arrive or seem comfortable. No need to make people feel stupid and start crying over something so small in public. They basically said don’t come back unless the appointment is already payed for. Keeping in mind I’m a young adult covered under youth services and the financial department that deals with our authorizations upon approval is a very long process when I gave them over a months notice. Please improve on your customer service skills instead of just looking down and judging someone because they’re not comfortable in the environment that you create.

What can I say…
For someone who is terrified of a dentist, total fear based I admit lol the staff was absolutely fantastic. Dr. Jess Willis is one heck of an amazing dentist. At my age (45) feeling like a toddler, she was so kind and compassionate. Oohh and patient gotta add that in. God love. Explained everything she was doing and calmed my jitters.
Her 2 asst staff was incredible as well, holding some guys hand, he didn’t care, poor thing it’s a wonder I didn’t crush his fingers. Didn’t catch his name but thank you, you as well, made my appt much easier.

I needed an emergency tooth extraction during the covid-19 lockdown and i got an appointment right away. When i went to the office i got in and immediately was seen. They had the tooth pulled quickly and painlessly. The dentist was very friendly and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would recommend to anyone who needs dental work done!

I have lived all over Canada. And I have had dentists in every place. Dr.Mcnally is by far the best dentist I have ever had and his assistant Rhonda is just as good! Highly recommended.
