If you want to pay double the fees without notice and delay your house closing multiple times due to lack of work ethic, this is the place for you. I have bought and sold many properties in Ontario so I have dealt with many lawyers, and I have never had to deal with anyone so unprofessional. The paperwork sat on Ron's and Ashley's desk for three weeks before they looked at it. Then they had to frantically try to meet our closing date and couldn't so they charged us double the quoted prices for "extra" work they had to complete. When completing the zoom call for signing, Ashely had to ask us, the client, how to complete the paperwork. The admin had to step in and tell her what to do. It was such a red flag that they did not know what they were doing and it just went downhill from there. Our house purchase was postponed twice because they failed to complete the necessary title search on time. I do not recommend dealing with this firm.

I have experienced deep frustration and disappointment in my dealings with Parsons Lucas.

The conduct exhibited by this firm has been notably erratic and exceptionally unprofessional.

Each party involved in the purchase process, including myself, vendors, brokers, and realtors, unanimously expressed the difficulty they encountered when attempting to communicate and establish contact with this firm. Despite my numerous calls and emails, they were persistently ignored, leaving me without any progress unless I actively pursued them. Their lack of communication resulted in multiple delays, exacerbating the already burdensome situation.

Furthermore, I must emphasize that Ron Parsons, in particular, demonstrated condescension and unprofessionalism. When seeking further clarification on a title issue, his response was thoroughly patronizing and dismissive. In my opinion, it is the responsibility of a lawyer, given their experience and expertise, to dedicate the time and effort necessary to explain matters to their clients. This ensures that clients possess the clarity and confidence required when making one of the most significant purchases of their lives. Regrettably, such was not the case during my interaction with this firm.

A casual glance at other Google reviews reveals a consistent lack of positive experiences, reinforcing my sentiment.

I strongly advise individuals seeking legal services to avoid engaging with this law firm if they wish to preserve their peace of mind.

Buying a house is always extremely stressful. Kathy at Parsons Law helped me through it with her knowledge and compassion. Delays are a part of the Real Estate life, but they were explained in detail, so I felt very prepared. I recommend Parsons Law.

Terrible service. Made to pay $500 up front as a retainer just for legal advice. $250 per hour. Only used an hour of time, well not even an hour because she was almost 15 minutes late into the zoom call. Now trying to say we owe her money instead of her having to give back a portion of the retainer fee. Absolutely did not use two hours of this lawyers time to have to owe her money. Tried contacting her for months to get the portion of the retainer fee back and now all of a sudden we have to owe her money. Absolutely terrible and do not recommend this law firm.

If you value you sanity DO NOT hire this firm or anyone in it. For an agreement that was already in place it took this firm over a year to end it. Missed deadlines she missed phone appointments. Teird for months to get in touch but was told lies. She even went on vacation and everything stood still till she got back. Total waste of my money and time once I get time I will be contacting the displenary board. These people shouldn't even be practicing law and taking people's money. If for some reason you do hire this firm come back here and read this again but by this time it will be too late they would have already taken your money..

Very disappointed from My choice of law office to close a sale for my home. Communication is very nil with theses people they are great in putting it off until tomorrow my tomorrow turned into 9 days. Not fare what happened in our situation 😕
