Dr. Katherine Sentjens was excellent. Very personable, validating, and compassionate. I would recommend her without hesitation. Nikki was very helpful and patient in finding frames that suited me. Overall a really great experience with all the staff I encountered.

Super happy with Dr. Erin's service. But when I picked my glasses up. I was handed my glasses and asked to read a line on a paper and that was it. No help to see if they fit properly. Not satisfied with the service of staff.

Broke my prescription sunglasses and Dr. Erin did a temp fix. So, thankful. Went back and bought a new pair. Service was great. Glasses came quickly and I love them. Thank you Dr. Erin & team.

Confirmed my daughter's glasses frames were under warranty after the first time all the gems fell off and when we took them back because the arm came off and all the gems four months later was told they weren't and they literally put three pieces of electrical tape on the arm and called it fixed. Then said she just can't bend them anymore. . . She is 8 and picked these frames because you assured us the gems were secure and they were sturdy.
The office fixed the issue.
