I had such a great , helpful, successful and great experience with PAC. I'm extremely glad I've chosen them for my service . I have successfully Recieved my Canadian pardon with the help PAC.

They guided me from the start of the process up until I was awarded of Pardon.

Communication with them through email and phone calls was a breeze and whenever I had any questions or needed help they were always thereto answer the phone or respond to my emails within a day.

I first want to start of with saying thank you. Not only will this change my life, but the feeling of being free from a charge 12 years ago. It's a lengthy process, and took about 1.5 years. I have finally been granted my pardon! I would recommend with anyone getting a pardon is to give all information, be honest, and be patient. Thank you so much to those who worked on my case. Overall I had a great experience. Got my pardon, it takes time but that is out of Pardon Applications of Canadas hands. Updates were sent promptly to my phone and email.

Even though the process was simple, it takes quite a lot of time to go through the entire process. I had an expedited service and it took 5 years. The biggest and slowest part is paying, if you choose monthly payments, until it is paid in full they will not process anything. FYI if you need to appeal the Parole Board of Canada's decision, do it yourself otherwise you would have to pay for Pardon Applications of Canada to process it again at a cost of $1500. For the amount of money, $3500 total, I would if I have to do this again, do it all myself for a lesser cost. 10 years after being charged I have received my pardon and can move on with my life finally.

I am blown away by the unprofessionalism. This company ripped me off. They took my money and took almost 2 years to do their part for my US Waiver. To make matters worse most of my documentation wasn’t even filled out correctly. BASIC errors with dates, names, locations, etc. This company will happily answer the phone so they can take your money but once they get paid good luck getting a hold of anyone. If you need a pardon or a waiver just spend some time online researching, it is not hard to do yourself. The main reason I initially signed up was to save time, this won’t save you time. You will always have to supervise the work they do for you to make sure its done correctly, you’ll be asking yourself “Why did I hire them in the first place?” 1 star out of 1000

UPDATE:
I have received an email from PAC notifying me that my file is “suspended pending investigation”. To summarize their email, PAC feels my review is without merit, an opinion which they are entitled to have I suppose. They explain that my file will be suspended and investigated for 120 days. They also explain the possible outcomes of this as follows:

“Possible outcomes of the investigation include continuation of your file, pursuit of a defamation claim or action(s) against you, continued suspension or closure of your file, partial or full reimbursement of service, cancellation of your file without reimbursement and other results.”

Luckily for me, PAC offers an option to resolve this immediately by taking down my review.

To summarize PAC, in my opinion, is attempting to intimidate me into removing my review. Instead of dedicating their resources to improve their abysmal service they have opted to threaten me with possible legal action for providing a negative review.

This entire experience is a nightmare. I am appalled that this organization seems to believe this is the correct way to handle this situation.

They efficiently did all the heavy lifting in applying for my pardon. They explained the steps I had to do in a clear concise manner. They quickly responded to me when I reached out to them. I am very happy with their service.

For you lucky souls who managed to check reviews first, good job!

I was among the naive that didn’t and here’s the result:

This company is A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Like the capitalist company they are, they only want your money.

Prepare for 3 YEARS of constant fees for every little step of the process amounting to roughly 5k+, with little to no follow up unless you initiate a status call. I don’t know how they’re maintaining the BBB credentials, but it’s definitely false or manipulated to some degree.
You’ll notice that the only office you’ll find on the web (with ratings) is in Markham, and even these google reviews look staged.
It’s anyone’s bet that their services was soo bad they removed all other offices.
Give them some time and I bet even the ability to review this location will suddenly disappear.

Lesson here; scan the all the reviews, take note of the bad reviews first and make a calculating decision based on the experiences that others have posted.

Take them on at your own risk.

Just know your file will likely be bounced around, documents lost, and thousands of dollars wasted because of a team of that lacks of honesty, transparency and will fail to do any type of due diligence.

Horrible experience,do not use this company. 1. Everything took way too long. They lost my documents, refused the loss ( I took a picture at the post office of everything I sent, with the address. They said they received only partial documents...how is that even possible?) Only upon me contacting them did something start happening.
2. Overpriced for the service they provide. This is my mistake as I was desperate and in the heat of a moment. There are companies that provide a far better service, and for half the price.I am not even going to get into all the extras they failed to mention.
3. They don't know what they are doing. After enduring the long wait, finally getting my file back, I was not even eligible for a record suspension.
You might read my reasons and say "you weren't prepared, or didn't do your research" no unfortunately I didn't. I paid for a service that should have helped me with the process, and trusted to be guided as a good client. I highly advise you not to go with this scam of a company. Do your research, someone else will definitely take better care of you, or you might simply be able to do this on your own if you have the time. Then again with the ridiculous time frame Pardon Applications of Canada goes by, you will probably save time and money.
