I hired Heather Sherdahl from this office. Heather was great at the beginning, we felt very happy with the lawyer we had chosen. After a couple months in, my questions and requests however were either avoided for months or i was just ignored. I was also told “your case is very easy and simple $1500 retainer and you’ll most likely get a refund at the end” I was not notified that my retainer was used up, and continued to receive another almost $1000 bill in the mail. Obviously I know that lawyers can’t give you an exact amount, but I was not expecting almost double the amount without notice or warning. It honestly felt as if she was fighting for the other party, and didn’t take my side into consideration.

Well they got the job done. A bit pricey and don't stay within their quote. I was told with confidence that my retainer would over cover my costs and would probably be receiving a slight refund. Over billed and was given unnecessary correspondence.
