Elizabeth Pap is sketchy…. making backdoor deals, preying on deceased whose family lives out of town. She refused to take our offer to the family, DESPITE us having contact with the family stating we were putting an offer in, and them having agreed on our offer. Found out she is involved in the exact same scenario with another client who put on offer in, and she stated no offers being taken….. she never returned calls from my husband only returned mine when she didn’t know I was affiliated with that same deal. When she found out I was, she made excuses and could not answer who we officially need yo make the documents out to. Beyond suspicious…. Something is not right…. Wouldn’t return our lawyers calls for weeks either.

A few years ago i needed a paper signed (by a lawyer to prove i was who i said i was )to get a part of an inheritance ,since i didnt have a lawyer i popped in here and asked how much she'd charge ..wow oh wow ... she wanted around $230 ... i went to another one who signed and stamped it for $30 !
