Their level of professionalism has declined since past years. Prior they were great always welcoming and helpful. They haven’t filed corporate taxes for past year despite of providing documents long time ago. The girl Urvashi asked, “pls allow me some mire time”. N we r still pending. Anytime you call them, all we hear is she will call you back. Sent emails multiple times on everything. No response…..
Further more we have taken couple of extra letters to them to be reviewed in April and still no communication came from their side if it has been resolved.
The owners are not at fault. But the staff on reception is ridiculed. The guy who picks the phone has a sarcastic tone anytime you talk to him.

"I've been a client of Pabla Accounting for 12 years, but unfortunately, their service has significantly declined. The front desk staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Whenever I call, I'm frequently told that everyone is on lunch and they'll call me back, but I never receive a follow-up call.

The lack of responsiveness and poor communication is staggering. As a long-time client, I expect better. The accountants themselves seem competent, but the administrative issues overshadow any technical expertise.

I’m very late to write this review but I still want to appeal everyone reading this review please don’t go pabla accounting. I just filed my tax last year with their help first time in 8 years and CRA reassessed my TaX and I had to pay big penalty because they filled wrong information while filing my tax . I requested a lot tried to contact the lady filed my tax but I got rude response. I just left it , didn’t do anything but recently I found one of my friend got same trouble that’s why I am writing my experience. Please don’t waste your time and money. They don’t know anything very unprofessional people working over here.

My husband didn’t change anything in income . We both discussed our income together with you first and then you filed my tax . Please don’t lie ..🤣
