Having difficulty collecting from a small claims lawsuit. I contacted Mr. Holmes who went out of his way to help me. We met twice at a local coffee shop. Where Mr. Holmes explain to me how the legal system works and some of my options to try to collect. I followed Phill's advice used some common sense and got paid. A very nice man, easy to talk to full of knowledge about the law If you're having troubles collecting, give him a call.

Guy named Phil showed up to serve me was an idiot, almsot broke my window from him knocking. Then he tries the door knob and opens my door. closes it kicks it few more times. Finally we answer it guess he went and called his office, comes back up kicks door a few more times, finally answer it. Recieve papers, n he leaves. 5 minutes later the office called me, she sent him with the wrong papers, and papers i wasn't even suppose to get. The whole thing was very unorganized and unprofessional.
