This review is long overdue. I hired Kaelah to handle a couple of tickets, paying her $700 with the clear understanding that she would work to either have them removed or reduce the penalties. Unfortunately, nothing meaningful was done. The tickets stayed on my record, and when I questioned the poor results, her response was simply that the court was “strict.”

If that was truly the case, she should have been upfront from the very beginning instead of taking my money and giving me false hope. Now, months later, my insurance won’t even insure me because of those tickets — exactly the situation I was trying to avoid by hiring her in the first place.

This was a complete waste of time and money. I feel taken advantage of, and the lack of transparency and accountability was extremely unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for legal help.

Your reply is misleading and full of inaccuracies.

First, I did pay $700, not $600 — I have proof of payment. Second, the case did not take over a year to complete; that statement is completely false. And finally, when you were handling my tickets, those three convictions you’re referring to were not yet on my record, so trying to use them as an excuse after the fact is dishonest.

I hired you with the understanding you would work to either remove or reduce my tickets. Instead, I received excuses and very little tangible action, which is why I said “nothing was done.” If you knew from the beginning that my chances were slim, you should have been transparent before taking my money — not after the fact.

It’s disappointing to see you doubling down instead of owning up to poor communication and lack of results.
