Edit: The procedure for filing my experience was disappointing, didn’t seem professional compared to my last years visit!

Filing my taxes at the front desk, and not being able to have a 1:1 explanation and procedure of what is going on.

Additionally I got a report from the CRA of having unused Tuition Credits of $10,000, I asked if I was eligible for any other credits/benefits due to that report which seems like wasn’t answered.

Additionally, I have been notified other locations will provide the discount to me or for free, and was told that I did not need to show what was asked and was overcharged.

I came here last year to file my taxes and the experience was a lot better, but this is how my experience went this year, and was told some reviews were fake.

I had an excellent consultation with Asim about the tax implications of a family real estate transaction. Asim was both knowledgeable and approachable, taking the time to explain complex concepts and clarify specific tax processes. Even though he's not my current accountant, I would gladly recommend him to any of my friends.
