Lee Olesen was an amazing lawyer. Straightforward, knowledgeable and genuine. Helped me with my divorce and got the process done fast and a good communicator with the updates on the process. highly recommended Google only lets me put 5 stars, I would say it's more of a 10 star rating.

If your looking for family law services specifically child custody i would look elsewhere.

I wish i had read the other reviews about how Olesen Law deals with family law issues before retaining their services. My case was more or less outsourced to another firm. Olesen Law was recommended by my EFAP program and as such i had no qualms with it as all of their previous recommendations (different legal services) had been great.

Over a year later and i feel like my case is actually further behind then when i originally hired them.

Olesen Law's billing practices leave a lot to be desired, i had requested monthly invoices so i could ensure my retainer was not being overdrawn. That request went nowhere as they only seem to do billing when it's convenient.

My mother is elderly and no longer wanted to deal with her financial affairs, and wanted to get all her legal documents such as a will, a power of attorney, and a living will in order so that I could help her look after everything. Mr Olesen was very helpful in suggesting the best way to look after matters, and made sure that this was infact my mother's wishes and not something we had pushed upon her. My mother found Mr Olesen pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable in these areas of law. An added bonus was Mr Olesen came to my mothers residence rather than having to travel to his office which was much more convienient for my mother, and the documents were prepared and finalized in a timely manor. I would rdefinately recommend Olesen Law Office for this type of service.
