We used them two years ago and they seemed fine. Today asked if they could help with a mortgage deal, they refused. Asked why? They refused to give a reason why. Very rude on the phone! Very unprofessional! Do NOT use this law firm. Is it a common practice of lawyers to act this way once they are finished with your case?

You claim it was a quality assurance reason. Then why didn’t you take the time to explain this like you did below. I believe your firm declined to accept the case because it was not considered a significant enough value. Instead you just refused to give a reason when asked, and respond with “the lawyers didn’t give a reason and it is not my place to ask!” That is just plain rude. You do NOT treat your past clients in such a manner. The word will spread on how past clients are treated!

Took $1000 to write a one and a half page letter that i could have wrote, then said she couldn't help us. We learned, she takes cases she can't handle and rips ppl off. Our new lawyer charge half the retainer and has done twice the work so far.

Used them in a real estate deal. Extremely unprofessional and DO NOT look out for your best interests. That’s the basis of hiring a lawyer, To protect you. I highly recommend using someone else. I have to believe the positive reviews are faked.
