I called the office and was clearly told the total cost for a Power of Attorney would be $213, including tax. When I showed up for my appointment, I was shocked to be charged double. Total I pay 448$
They added a $200 “consultation fee” that was never mentioned over the phone — not even hinted at. This kind of hidden fee is completely dishonest and feels like a deliberate trick to overcharge customers. I left feeling frustrated, taken advantage of, and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

After posting my initial review, the company reached out promptly to address the issue. They were professional in their response, took my concerns seriously, and worked to resolve the situation. They refunded $224, which brings the final cost close to what I was originally quoted. I appreciate their effort to make things right, and I’m now satisfied with the outcome
