I am writing this review to comment on the work of David Williams, partner at O'Dea Earle. David has acted for me personally and also does work for my construction company and many of my business clients. It is hard to find a lawyer who is not only smart but also has a great deal of common sense. When presented with complex problems, he is able to get to the root of the issue and provide sound advice. On my real estate closings, he was quick to point out potential issues and gave us a clear path forward on how to address them. His team were excellent in communicating during the file and David was clear in outlining what was needed. On the construction side, I am aware David represents various land developers and builders around Newfoundland and it is easy to see why.
