I faced criminal charges while working as a police officer. I had 2 different lawyers before I met Mr. Vincents. The previous lawyers did not serve me well. I was lost, confused, and feeling hopeless until I met and retained Mr. Vincents.
My first impressions of Benjamin Vincents:
-Thorough & extremely attentive to his work
-Has a God given ability to focus on the tasks at hand
-Clear & Concise at all times
-Brilliant Mind
-Patient
-Provided me with transparent documents i.e. Retainer agreement & other documents that required my attention
-Always available to speak if I had any questions, if he was busy, he got back to me at his earliest convenience
-Never hassled me for payment. He went above and beyond the call of duty in this area.
Mr. Vincents went through my disclosure with a fine-tooth comb and stopped at nothing until he got the answers he needed. He successfully had my guilty plea struck. We went to trial, and he got me acquitted on the single charge of being unlawfully in a dwelling.
My impressions of Benjamin Vincents during my trail:
-Aggressive in court
-Submits court documents in a timely fashion. The judge never once questioned him on submitting tardy documents
-Never late for court, always on time
-Dressed to impress
-High vocabulary (Writes affidavits in a way that I’m thinking, but can’t quite communicate on paper - as good as him)
-Fearless
When it came to the admission of my previous statement at the trial, Mr. Vincent's battled through my Voir Dire like a true champion.
Mr. Vincent's was also calm, respectful, and assertive while cross examining my ex-girlfriend.
In representing me, Mr. Vincents never backed down. He remained focused, communicated effectively, and had knowledge surrounding the criminal code on a level I had never seen before. Mr. Vincents is a class act, a true gentleman, and a treat to be around.

Going through Family Court I felt helpless everybody was giving me big hopes I kept on anticipating court dates that were constantly postponed
I prayed to God I honestly prayed hard and like winning the lucky draw raffle I met Benjamin Vincents our first meeting was a long one I was in his office until late in the evening he paid attention to every detail he never rushed me a couple days later he contacted me he told me he strategize the plan and like a master chess player he moved me through the courts with the best results possible he never gave me false hope he never gave me expectations that weren’t achievable and whenever we were defeated he always had a back up plan that shocked everyone God bless you Benjamin Vincents may God give you the strength to continue representing people who are fighting for their families
